For the coming training year 2023, we are looking for trainees for the training occupation of 

Construction mechanic (m/f/d)

During the 3.5 - year training with us you will learn, among other things:

• how to form and cut sheet metal, tubes or profiles manually, mechanically and thermally, e.g. with press brake, guillotine shears, punching nibbling machine, saw, welding machines, etc.
• How to select and set up processing machines according to manufacturing processes and how to carry out test runs
• how to prepare parts to be joined according to the joining process
• How to disassemble components and assemblies and identify them with regard to position and function assignment
• How prefabricated components and assemblies are inspected for further welding processing
• assemble components according to drawing to the finished product

What you can expect:

• The practical training takes place in the company in Staßfurt.
• The vocational school takes place in Aschersleben in block instruction. The basic and composite training is completed at the BBRZ in Aschersleben, as well as various courses.
• An attractive training allowance.
• Very good chances of being taken on after successful completion of training
• With good to very good grades, a shortening of the training is possible.

What you should bring:

• at least a good secondary school diploma
• Enjoy science subjects such as physics, technology and mathematics
• The ability to work in a team and commitment should be among your positive characteristics
• manual dexterity and good understanding of technical contexts
• perhaps you can already show first internship experience
